Business description
Fotoccompli is a business to sell the work of David and Wendy Griffiths.
David is a photographer and Wendy is an atist working in several mediums.
Photographs and digital images have been provided to a wide range of clients, including national newspapers, magazines, publishers,
sports organisations and charities.
Wendy's artwork has been supplied to Asia, North America and Europe.
Wendy has won awards for her work.
Delivery policy
Artworks
Delivery of artworks will be determined on a case by case basis.
Framed prints will not normally be posted out because of the risk of broken glass.
Decorated china, subject to size, may be posted out or couriered.
Greetings cards
On receipt of payment we aim to get that order despatched within 7 working days.
If that target is unlikely to be met the customer will be advised.
For orders within UK postal code areas, postage and packaging is normally free.
Postage to areas outside of the UK postal codes will be quoted on request
and will depend on both the size and weight of the package.
Cancellation Policy/Return/Refund Policy
Artworks and prints
Buyers have the right to cancel an order within 7 days.
In such a case, the product must be returned to Fotoccompli undamaged and at the buyer's expense.
On safe receipt of the item, Fotoccompli will refund the original purchase price, less GBP10-00 for administration and restocking costs.
Greeting cards
Buyers have the right to cancel an order within 7 days.
