1. WHO WE ARE AND HOW YOU CAN CONTACT US

Fotoccompli is the trading name of David Griffiths and Wendy Griffiths.

David Griffiths operates the web sites and is the controller of the personal data that you provide to us, or if you contact us using the details below. This means that he is responsible for ensuring that the personal data is used fairly and lawfully. You can contact him by sending an email to david@fotoccompli.com, or by telephone to 0121 378 1064, which will normally be answered between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00.p.m. Monday to Friday, if someone is available to answer the call. 2. WHAT WE USE PERSONAL DATA FOR

Providing our websites and our products and services to you. We only use personal information to provide you with products and services you have requested or ordered. This includes products and services such as the provision of photography, photographs or works of art.

Marketing

We do not use personal data for marketing purposes. We will NOT sell your personal data to third parties without your written permission or ordered by a court of law. Administering, monitoring and improving our websites

We use information such as how different people navigate around our websites, how long they spend on individual pages and whether they download any of our content, in order to help customise and improve the user experience of our websites. This allows us to improve the website to match your interests and preferences better and helps us understand who has visited which pages to determine the most popular areas of the website. Your name and address may be provided by a bank whist transmitting funds to us at your request to settle the cost of an order. This information is not retined by us.

This is information about the device you are using to access our websites, such as the type of device, its operating system, browser, IP address, screen resolution and what cookies are on it. These records may be obtained by the company that operates the server the web sites are maintained on. Website usage

This is information about your use of our websites, such as what pages you visited and what content you viewed. It includes information about how you arrived on our website, navigated around it. Cookies may be used to help us do this. The web sites themselves do not generate cookies but the host server for the web site may do so. If you are aged under 1, you should get your parent's or guardian's permission before you provide personal information to Fotoccompli. If you do not have this permission to provide this information to Fotoccompli.

Performance of our contract with you

When you purchase a product from the websites, we agree to provide you with products and services as set out in the Terms & Conditions. We need to use some of your personal data to be able to provide you with those products and services.

Within Europe

We are based in the United Kingdom, and will access and use your information from here. However, our web site host may locate their server(s) within the European Union.

Elsewhere

Again the web site host may locate their server elsewhere in the world. Some of our clients and customers are overseas and we will get access to personal data in the course of the products and services we provide to them. While countries within the European Union all ensure a high standard of data protection law, some parts of the world may not provide the same level of legal protection in relation to personal data.

7. HOW LONG THE PERSONAL DATA IS KEPT FOR

We will only keep your personal data for as long as we are required to by UK legislation. After we no longer need to hold your information we will dispose of it in a secure manner without further notice to you.
